We’re in to TropOut: Five things we love about Phuket’s gay festival

Thailand's premiere gay beach festival.
We’re best known for ambitious and luxurious adventures that are low-key and perhaps intellectual. But sometimes even we want to blow our hair back. That’s why we’re sending an Out Adventures delegation to TropOut next spring. Taking place on Phuket, Thailand’s island of iniquity, this is one party week you should consider for your calendar.

Below are five things you’ll love about TropOut.

5. The Festival before the Festival

If traveling all the way to Asia, why not join us in advance? We’re proud to be the hosts of the official TropOut pre-tour. This six day sojourn visits the big city of Bangkok, gets to know Asian elephants, and makes a splash at Songkran – the Thai New Year throwdown that’s famous for it’s water fights.

4.The people that play

With visitors expected from a couple dozen nations, TropOut brings together a diverse group of guys, and not everybody’s there to party. Some want cheerful afternoons by the pool. Others want to explore the food scene. This is definitely not a ‘one-size-fits-all’ crowd.

3. The incomparable activities

Koh Khao Phing Kan played James Bond’s island in The Man With The Golden Gun. You can visit it on the optional excursions that immerse you in Thailand’s mystique. Wake up to beachfront yoga. Take a Tuk Tuk convoy. Or a traditional cooking class. Whatever you do, we’ll sate your appetite for fun.

2. The venues that slay

An afternoon at Dream Beach. Sunset cocktails at Café del Mar. Dancing through the night at Level One. This trip is a trek through Thailand’s best party palaces. Pack good shoes.

The guys behind this are serious about good times. From Phuket’s famous nightlife, to world-class cuisine, to unforgettable expeditions, nothing you experience is taken for granted.
