Hungary’s goulash may delight. And Slovenia’s snow-capped Alps may inspire. But it just might be the sublime accommodations we’ve booked on our Budapest & Slovenia gay tour you remember for years to come…. we said “might”.
Europe is a mosaic of culture, cuisine and history. Its people vary not from country to country, but city to city. And while many world-famous landmarks reside within it’s borders, so do many under-appreciated gems.

In 2010, few could point out Slovenia on a map let alone name drop the Postjona Caves or Soca Valley. But in the past seven years, the former Yugoslavian country has risen as a top destination for culture and adventure seekers alike.

Out Adventures’ fearless leader Rob first fell for Ljubljana when he visited Slovenia last May. He’d heard rumours about the country’s rising popularity and wanted to visit it himself, checking off all the major attractions from the Dalmatian Coast to Lake Bled and of course Ljubljana.
Between excursions he’d shoot us lovingly long-winded messages about the pristine river running through the city, the 13th century castle at its heart, the car-free city-centre and the country’s cuisine (“…the *expletive* best I’ve ever had!”).
After returning to Canada, Rob launched Out Adventures’ Sensational Slovenia tour for August 2017. The event was a hit and immediately renewed.
